Can I get the train there?Trains to Clarendon are running during the weekend. Clarendon Station is right next to the Hawkesbury Race Club - it's a very short, level 100m walk to the front gate of the Plant Fair. Clarendon Station is on the T1 Western Line. Can I buy a ticket a the gate? What's the deal with online tickets?We recommend buying an online ticket - they are cheaper and it's quicker to scan your phone at the entry points. Also, Gate Ticket Sales will not open until 10am both days. If you need to buy a ticket at the gate, you'll still need to join the back of the admission queue after purchasing the ticket. Gate Ticket Prices: Saturday Ticket will be $21 Sunday Ticket will be $19 A Weekend Ticket will be $34 A few things to remember about online tickets: 1. Online tickets are purchased through the ticketing website and emailed to you. 2. If you do not see your online ticket in your email inbox, check your JUNK folder! It will be there. 3. We can scan the QR code directly from your phone. 4. You can print out your ticket and have that scanned if you want. 5. The QR code can only be scanned once.

How do I get there by car?Clarendon is between Richmond and Windsor, NSW, opposite the Richmond RAAF Base. Racecourse Road runs between Richmond Road (also known as Blacktown Road) and Windsor Road. From Sydney or Southern Highlands take the M7, then Richmond Road exit and turn right into Racecourse Road after George Street roundabout to South Windsor. From Windsor take first left after golf course. From Richmond, take first right after the Visitor Information Centre opposite the Richmond RAAF Base.

Is there an ATM?Yes! There is an ATM at the ticket booth just outside the front gate. Also , most nurseries these days have EFTPOS facilities available.

Is there an area for disabled parking?Disabled Parking is available near our front entrance. Please make our friendly parking attendants aware of your Disabled Sticker and they will get you parked safely and quickly. Please note: The fair is within in the historic grounds of the Hawkesbury Race Club and is a working race club with horses and stables (they finish their track work at 6am)! Our fair is set out on level concrete. Although the majority of stallholders are on concrete, there is grassed areas that will be home to a few stallholders. Find disabled toilet facilities located on site map.

Can I bring my dog?Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome. Any unsocial dog or dog owner will be asked to leave.

What are the opening hours of the Plant Fair?Our next plant fair is April 15 - 16 2023 at the Hawkesbury Race Club, 1 Racecourse Rd, Clarendon, NSW. Hours are: Saturday 15th April, 2023 gates open at 8am, close at 4pm. Sunday 16th April, 2023 gates open at 9am, close at 4pm.

Can my child come in free?Children under 15 years old are welcome free of charge.

Is there a place to hold my plants while I shop?We have a wonderful Plant Creche (Stand 100 on the Site Map) where we mind your plants while you shop. Gold Coin donation.

What time does is open?Gates will open for online ticket scanning from 8am Sat and 9am Sun. This can be scanned from your phone. To purchase a ticket at the event - the ticket counter will be open from 9am Sat and 10am Sun. And you will need to line up to buy a ticket and then line up again to get it scanned. Gates close both days at 4pm sharp.
